Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

Vinyl Classics (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells music, apparel, and merchandise through this site. The contact email for any matter relating to these terms is info@bonzaidigitalnetwork.com.

2. Ordering & contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example because of a stock error, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or non-payment. If we cancel before fulfilment we refund any amount already paid.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost because of an incorrect address you provided.

3. Pricing, currency & VAT

Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT at the rate applicable to the destination, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Mollie. We accept the methods enabled in your region (typically iDEAL, Bancontact, credit/debit cards, PayPal, SEPA). Your order is reserved when payment is initiated and confirmed when payment is captured. We do not store full card or bank details.

5. Shipping & delivery

We ship physical orders within 1–3 business days unless explicitly stated (e.g. a pre-order with a future release date).
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and are estimates only.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you supplied.
Customs duties or import taxes for shipments outside the EU are your responsibility.

6. Pre-orders & release drops

Pre-orders are charged at the time of order and ship from the indicated release date. Release dates are best-effort and may shift due to manufacturing or supply issues; significant changes will be communicated by email. Pre-order cancellations before shipment are refunded in full, less any non-refundable processing fees.

7. Digital downloads & gated content

Digital downloads are delivered via tokenised links accessible from your account dashboard. By purchasing, you agree to the EU consumer-rights waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately. You may not redistribute, resell, or upload purchased files to any service other than your own personal devices.

8. Returns & the right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on most physical goods, subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Account, accuracy & security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@bonzaidigitalnetwork.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

10. Intellectual property

All copy, artwork, audio previews, and design on this site are the property of Vinyl Classics or our licensors. Personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the goods you purchase is permitted; resale, sampling, sync licensing, and any commercial use require a separate written licence.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier strikes, supply-chain disruption, natural disasters, government action). We will resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [your courts], without prejudice to consumer rights you may have under the law of your habitual residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Orders placed before a change are governed by the version in effect at the time of order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
