Returns Policy

Last updated: 2026. This policy explains when and how you can return items purchased from Vinyl Classics. It complements (and does not override) any non-waivable consumer rights you have under EU law.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Notify us at info@bonzaidigitalnetwork.com with your order number, then return the item within 14 days of notice. We will refund the item price and the cost of standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method.

2. What you can return

  • Vinyl, CD, apparel, accessories, and other physical goods — provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Damaged-on-arrival or defective items — see Section 4 below.

3. What you can NOT return

  • Sealed audio recordings (vinyl, CD) once unsealed — this is the standard EU exception for sealed media (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(i)).
  • Digital downloads once you have started downloading. By purchasing, you have explicitly agreed to immediate delivery and waived your right of withdrawal for that content.
  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. personalised apparel, hand-numbered test pressings).
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 14-day window.

4. Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item where possible or issue a full refund including return shipping. EU statutory warranty rights of 2 years for goods sold to consumers apply in addition to this policy.

5. How to return an item

  1. Email info@bonzaidigitalnetwork.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We reply with return instructions and the return address. Do not ship items back without contacting us first — unannounced returns may be refused.
  3. Pack the item securely (original packaging where possible) and ship it within 14 days of our reply.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund within 14 days.

6. Return shipping costs

Unless the return is due to a fault on our side (damaged, defective, wrong item shipped), return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service — items lost in transit before reaching us cannot be refunded.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Mollie. Your bank may take a few additional business days to display the refund on your statement. If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

8. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or colour, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the replacement.
