Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination — typically 2–5 days within the EU, longer for international shipments. Pre-orders ship from the release date printed on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Available carriers and rates are shown at checkout based on your destination. Customs duties or import taxes for shipments outside the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as we hand the parcel to the carrier. The same tracking link is available in your account under Orders.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item where possible, or refund. See the Returns Policy for details.

Pre-orders & release drops

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are clearly labelled with the release date. We charge at the time of order and ship from that release date. If the release is delayed for any reason, we email you the new date.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — until the order ships. Email us with your order number and we’ll cancel and refund.

Digital downloads

How do digital downloads work?

After successful payment, your download appears under My Downloads and you receive an email with the link. Each release is available in MP3, WAV, and AIFF where the source allows.

How long does my download stay available?

Download links remain valid for 30 days after issue and allow up to 25 downloads per format. If you need an extension, just email us.

Why is the right of withdrawal waived for digital purchases?

EU consumer law allows the 14-day withdrawal right to be waived once delivery has begun on digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU). By starting your download you’re confirming you accept the waiver.

Account & payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

iDEAL, Bancontact, credit / debit cards, PayPal, and SEPA bank transfer (varies by region). Payments are processed by Mollie. We do not store card details.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is supported. An account is only required if you want to keep an order history or re-download digital files later.

How do I delete my account?

Email us — see the Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR access, correction, export, and deletion requests within 30 days.
